La collection s’enrichit quotidiennement et s’organise de façon à ce que vous puissez vivre l’art contemporain à votre façon, quelles que soient vos envies.

toastgallery.com is a new Platform where you can find artists from all around the world. Every day come and feel free to be touched by new artists and new works: painting, photography, sculpture, drawing, video, digital art…

It is an interactive Platform where you can support artists and get involved in their carrier. You may rate and comment their works. You can also forward the works you prefer to your network. Their success and evolution may depend on you.

For you, we are making our Platform the artistic space where to exchange, discover and buy.

A playful approach : discover new works every day, look at new videos of spectacular performances, compare your taste with other Member’s and be part of the artists’development.
A dynamic approach : participate in auctions, be informed about events, bet on artists and follow their evolution, participate in the “best Performance” contest…
And a professional approach : with a 5 years experience as a physical gallery in Paris (France), Toast Gallery helps you and facilitates your acquisition process; from choice to delivery.

The Platform is organized to ease your search whether it is quantitative (discover as many talents as you can and a lot of artistic contents) or qualitative (allow a very precise and focused artistic search).

Search : to facilitate your search, use « Search for an artist » (write the name of the artist you are looking for) or “Advanced Search” (search with criteria, technique, style, price, nationality, the list of the artists registered on the Platform).
Most Viewed Artworks : Allow you to see which artists generate the most visits on their pages.
Best rated Artworks : Allow you to see which artists are the most successful in toastgallery.com community.
Highlight : Regularly, toastgallery.com introduces a new artist, a new series of Artowrks or a peculiar event.
Plateform : Discover artists from all around the world, their artistic profile, their artworks, their news, their videos…
toastgallery.com’s Selection : Toast Gallery exhibits talented artists at affordable prices. Discover artists selected form the Platform thanks to their quality, their originality and the authenticity of their artistic universe.
Collector’s Corner : Toast Gallery exhibits high potential artists as artistically as financially. Artists helped and followed-up by Toast Gallery both on the Platform and physically.
Auctions Place : Find a very diverse selection of artworks (diversity of size, technique or price). Selection based on quality, originality and the artist’s potential.
Performances : Watch spectacular and surprising video performances. 1st channel dedicated to artistic performances, it allows you to rate the videos to choose the best one.

By becoming a toastgallery.com Member, you get your personal space on the Platform : “MyToast”. With “MyToast” you can:

Toast Gallery is a contemporary art gallery based in Paris since 2003. We have launched more than 200 artists and sold about 5000 artworks.

To invest, to decorate your living space, to enjoy a beautiful creation, to hold on to a memory or to help a new artist. Whatever the reason, Toast Gallery wants to help make your whole experience a memorable and enjoyable one.

If you are not a Member, and wish to order a creation on the platform, you must previously subscribe as a Member of toastgallery.com. This subscription is free and will allow you to access numerous services. To do so, you must fill the form, available on the web site with proper guidelines.

You can then order a creation by filling the order form. This order form contains identification, characteristics and total price of the artwork, as well as the payment option. You must then confirm your order by clicking on the appropriate button.

This confirmation entails agreement of the sale contract for the artwork you have ordered, provided we confirm your order. Our General Conditions of Sale set the conditions at which we sell the creations displayed on this web site as well as your rights and obligations. The fact of filling an order on our web site and to confirm this order entails the whole acceptation of those General Conditions, which, along with your order, constitute your contract.

We will confirm reception of your order by sending you an email, once we have checked the creation’s availability and the payment’s validation. The payment validation occurs once the agreement has been given by the authorization center if you choose to pay by credit card, or after cashing in if you choose to pay by cheque.

On toastgallery.com you also find an Auction space.

The Auction Place proposes artworks from artists that we have chosen for their originality and their potential.

Once you have entered the Auction Place, it is simple to place a bid. You find all the requested information on the artwork’s file: the minimum amount to propose, the last bid, the end time.

- If you already are a Member click on « Place a bid ». You will then receive a confirmation email.

- If you are not a Member yet, you will have to create your account to place a bid.

If the mention « Reserve not met » appears, it means that the highest bid placed is still too low. In this case, the deal can not be concluded. If this mention sill appears at the end time, the sale is cancelled.

Each bid placed and confirmed by a Member is considered as a commitment to purchase the art piece at the proposed price.

You can pay through Paypal or by credit card (accepted cards : Visa, Mastercard, Eurocard): in this case you are redirected to our bank's payment server, which guarantees the confidentiality of the data. The secure payment server checks the validity of the credit card before it provides the payment authorization and automatically confirms us the result.

You also can pay by cheque, as long as it is issued by a French bank, to the order of Toast Gallery and sent to the following address:

Do not forget to mention your email and the order reference at the back of the cheque.

The price on your order form corresponds to the total amount due to us, i.e. the price of the work of art plus the packing and shipping costs.

Prices are stated in Euros and U.S. dollars. For the European Union countries, prices are inclusive of VAT. For non European countries, prices are not subjected to the tax removal.

Once your order has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email. It takes us about 1 week to check the actual availability of your order and your payment validation.

Every creation on our web site is an original work of art coming straight from the gallery or from the artist's studio. For each purchase you will receive a certificate of origin.

An invoice, a receipt or a document stating the specifications given during the ordering process and relative to the nature, the composition, the origin and the age of the creation, can be provided on request.

We deliver Worldwide. The shipping cost is set according to the size and weight of your order and your delivery address (stated during your registration with toastgallery.com). This cost is included in the price given to you at the end of your order.

The delivery will take place during working hours, within an average timeframe of 16 days, following the date of your order confirmation. Thanks to our privileged relationship with FEDEX, you will benefit from very favourable delivery prices.

The transfer of risks, relative to the creations you have purchased, occurs as soon as it is handed over by the gallery or the artist to the carrier.

You are requested, in case of dereliction or damage, to express precise and detailed reservations to the carrier at the time of delivery or during the three following working days at the latest (except public holidays) by mail email to toastgallery.com.

If the artwork has not been purchased on toastgallery.com, Toast Gallery we will not be responsible in any case.

We will be pleased to give you some counselling relative to framing. We can also manage this service for you. Contact us and we will find the appropriate frame at the appropriate price for you.
